Position Description:

  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
  • The chance to work 100% from the comfort of your home via a personal computer and if you don’t have one the company can provide one
  • Type in data provided directly from Ayodhya customers
  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Complying with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
  • Entering data into appropriate fields; databases, records, and files
  • Curating data directly from speech or interviews
  • Updating databases or records with new information as it becomes available
  • Update existing data Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested Organizing spreadsheets with large numbers
  • Correcting and modifying inaccurate files and records of Ayodhya Public
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Need to translate from Ayodhya Uttar Pradesh local language to English.
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
  • Typing data directly and accurately
  • Summarising data for standardised reports
  • Promotes and maintains professional conduct throughout the office.
  • Greet guests, Answer telephones, route calls, and take messages from Ayodhya city public.
  • Provides administrative support to contracts.
  • These duties can include data abstraction, data entry and internet searches, depending on the contracts scope of work in Ayodhya Municipal Corporation.
